Bill McKibben, American Environmentalist, Author and Educator to deliver keynote address at VASE's fall annual meeting on September 22nd.

McKibben is the Schumann Distinguished Scholar in Environmental Studies at Middlebury College and a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. He wrote the first book for a common audience on global warming in 1988 entitled "The End of Nature" which has appeared in print in 24 different languages around the globe, and he s co-founder of, an international grassroots climate campaign. McKibben will speak on Wednesday, September 22nd in MCardell Bicentennial Hall on the Middlebury College campus at 5:00pm. Following his presentation there will be time allotted for lively discussion and Q and A.
